This website celebrates Barbara Tate - artist extraordinaire.

I have known Barbara for a very short time, only just more than a year. From the outset she has delighted me with her with and imagination, but, like many old people, society kind of forgot about her.

I have created this website to redress the balance a little bit and hopefully give other people an opportunity to share some of her wonderful stories and paintings.

This website also promotes Barbara's memoirs, at this stage unnamed, which will appear in bookshops in summer 2010, published by Orion, and ably supported by her agent, Harry Bingham.
